Perhaps Ms Vogt is more informed than State of Alaska Dept. of Community and Regional Affairs and our borough attorney. After all the borough attorney authorized the borough clerk to certify the legal question for the recall. At CRA two specialists ( Hamburg & Blood ) twice said Hoffman & Waterman violated the law.

Or is it a case of muddy the waters when all else fails. Or is that called legal maneuvering? If ALL of us are wrong and; Vogt, Waterman & Hoffman knew it, shouldn’t they have spoken up long ago?
